How Do I Change the Default Post Layout in WordPress?
When you first install WordPress, it sets up a default post layout that is based on the Twenty Thirteen theme. This post layout includes a header and content area on the left side of the screen, with a sidebar on the right.
To change the default post layout in WordPress, follow these steps:
1. Open the WordPress admin area.
2. On the left side of the screen, click the Posts panel.
3. In the Posts panel, click the Edit button next to the post you want to change the layout for.
4. In the Edit post window, under the General tab, click the Layout tab.
5. In the Layout tab, under the Post Type section, click the Layout Settings button.
6. In the Layout Settings window, under the Post Type section, click the Posts Layout button.
7. In the Posts Layout window, under the Layout section, select the desired layout option.
8. Click the Save button to save the new layout.
9. Click the Publish button to publish the post with the new layout.
10. Test the new layout by clicking the Preview button.
11. If you’re satisfied with the results, click the Publish button to publish the post with the new layout.
12. If you want to revert to the default post layout, click the Restore Default button in the Posts Layout window.
