How Do I Add Rewrite Rules in WordPress?

Adding rewrite rules in WordPress is a relatively easy process. To get started, open up your WordPress admin area and click on the “WordPress” menu item in the upper left corner.

From here, select “Settings” and then “Security”.

Next, click on the “Rewrite” tab and you will be presented with a list of all of the rewrite rules that are currently active in your WordPress site. To add a new rewrite rule, simply click on the “Add New Rule” button and fill out the required fields.

When you are finished, click on the “OK” button to save your changes and return to the “Rewrite” tab. Now, you will need to select your new rewrite rule from the list and click on the “Activate” button.

Finally, you will need to re-enable your rewrite rules by clicking on the “Activate” button again and then selecting the “Enable Rules” option from the menu that pops up. Congratulations, you have now added a new rewrite rule to your WordPress site!.
