How Do I Add a Taxonomy Widget in WordPress?
Adding a taxonomy widget to a WordPress site is a simple process. The first step is to locate the appropriate file. In this case, the file is located in the /wp-content/plugins/taxonomy/ directory. Once you have located the file, you need to activate the taxonomy widget. To do this, open the WordPress administrative panel and navigate to the widgets area. Then, select the taxonomy widget and click on the activate link. After activating the widget, you need to configure it. To do this, open the widget’s settings page and enter the name of the taxonomy into the Name field. Next, enter the name of the category into the Category field. Finally, enter the name of the term into the Term field. After completing these fields, you need to click on the save button. After saving the changes, you need to add the taxonomy to the WordPress site. To do this, open the WordPress site and click on the add a new post button. Then, enter the name of the post into the Title field and the name of the taxonomy into the Post Name field.
After entering the information, you need to click on the publish button. After publishing the post, the taxonomy widget will be added to the post. Finally, you need to add the taxonomy to the WordPress site’s taxonomy table. To do this, open the WordPress site’s taxonomy table and locate the post that you published. Then, select the post and click on the edit link. Next, scroll down to the taxonomy widget area and click on the add link. After clicking on the add link, the taxonomy widget will be added to the post. After adding the taxonomy to the post, you need to click on the publish button.
