1. Install the Freshdesk plugin.

2. Activate the plugin.

3. On the Freshdesk settings screen, enter your site’s WordPress domain name in the “Domain” text field.

4. In the “Freshdesk API Key” text field, enter your Freshdesk API key.

5. Click the “Save” button.

6. Click the “Activate” button.

8. In the “Freshdesk Settings” screen, click the “Integrations” tab.

9. In the “Freshdesk Integration” screen, click the “Add New” button.
