How Can I Delete Everything on My WordPress Site and Start Over?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of deleting everything on your WordPress site and starting over, don’t fret! There are a few easy steps you can take to help make the process as painless as possible.
First, take a look at the “Tools” menu on the left side of your WordPress site. There, you’ll find a “Site Management” section that includes a “Settings” menu item. Click on that to open the Settings page, and then scroll down to the “Media” section. Under “Media,” you’ll find a “Uploads” sub-section.
In that sub-section, you’ll see a “Upload Files” button. Click on that button to open the “Upload Files” screen.
Next, you’ll need to identify all the files on your WordPress site that you want to delete. To do that, click on the “Browse” button next to the “Files” field and then select the files you want to delete.
(If you don’t want to select any files, you can just type in a list of file names in the “Files” field and then press the Enter key.).
Once you’ve selected the files you want to delete, click on the “Delete” button next to the “Files” field. WordPress will then ask you to confirm the deletion.
Click on the “Delete Files” button to proceed with the deletion process.
Once the deletion process is complete, you’ll be prompted to reload your WordPress site. Click on the “Reload” button to do that.
Once your site has reloaded, you’ll need to go through the process of configuring your new site again. That’s all there is to it!.
