Adding a form to a WordPress page is easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Open your WordPress page in your browser.
2. Click the “Add New” button (top-right corner of the page).
3. In the “Add New Page” dialog box, enter the page name (for example, “Contact Page”) and click “Create Page”.
4. In the “Edit Page” dialog box, click the “Form” tab.
5. In the “Form” tab, click the “Add New Form” button.
