How Do I Add a WordPress Site to HostGator?

Adding a WordPress site to HostGator is a fairly simple process. Firstly, sign up for a HostGator account. Once you have an account, click on the “Manage Sites” link in the left-hand navigation bar.

You will then be presented with a list of all of your active sites. Click on the “Add Site” button in the top-right corner of the screen.

The next step is to enter the details of your new WordPress site. You will need to provide the domain name (or hostname) of your site, the server address (URL), the WordPress installation location, and the WordPress username and password.

You can also optionally provide a description of your site.

Once you have completed the information input fields, click on the “Add Site” button to finish the process. You will now be able to visit your new WordPress site in the “Manage Sites” section of your HostGator account.
