How Do I Add an XML File to WordPress?

Adding an XML file to WordPress is a fairly simple process. To add an XML file to your WordPress site, first open the WordPress file in a text editor. Next, locate the file’s src directory and open it in a text editor.

After you have made the changes, click on the Save button to save the changes to the XML file and close the Edit XML File screen. Finally, locate the WordPress site in a web browser and click on the Add New Item button. On the Add New Item screen, locate the XML File you just added to your WordPress site and click on the Add button. After the XML File has been added, click on the Publish button to publish the XML File to your WordPress site.
