Adding Zapier to WordPress
Zapier is a tool that can be used to connect different apps and websites. It is free to sign up for and can be accessed through the website.
To add Zapier to WordPress, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Zapier website and sign in.
2. Click on the “Create a new Zap” button.
3. On the “Zapier Account Type” screen, choose WordPress as the app and click on the “Create Zap” button.
4. On the “Zapier Account Information” screen, enter the following information:
• Name: This should be your WordPress username.
• Email: This should be your WordPress email address.
• Website: Enter the URL of your WordPress website.
5. On the “Zapier Account Settings” screen, choose the following settings:
• Trigger: Choose “Link” as the trigger type.
• Action: Choose “Send a Email” as the action type.
• Message: Enter the message you want to send to your WordPress website.
6. Click on the “Create Zap” button.
7. On the “Zapier Account Output” screen, click on the “Create Output” button.
8. On the “Zapier Account Output Settings” screen, choose the following settings:
• Name: Enter “Zap WordPress” as the name of the output.
• Email: Enter your WordPress email address.
• Website: Enter your WordPress website.
9. Click on the “Create Output” button.
10. On the “Zapier Account Output Status” screen, click on the “View Output” button.
11. On the “Zapier Account Output Output Details” screen, you will see a list of the emails that were sent to your WordPress website.
12. If you want to stop sending emails to your WordPress website, click on the “stop” button next to the “Zap WordPress” output.
13. To view the data that was collected by Zapier for the “Zap WordPress” output, click on the “View Data” button.
14. To delete the “Zap WordPress” output, click on the “Delete” button.
15. To add another app to Zapier, click on the “Add another app” button.
16. On the “Select an App” screen, choose the app you want to connect to WordPress and click on the “Select” button.
