How Do I Create a Full Width Dropdown Menu in WordPress?
Creating a full width dropdown menu in WordPress is a fairly simple process. First, you will need to create a new menu item in your WordPress menu.
You can do this by clicking on the Menu Item button in the WordPress admin area, and then selecting the Add New Menu Item option.
Next, you will need to enter the following information into the new menu item’s properties:
Name: The name of the menu item
The name of the menu item Description: The text you want to appear in the menu item’s description
The text you want to appear in the menu item’s description Type: Select the option for full width dropdown menu
Once you have entered the necessary information, you will need to configure the menu item’s settings. To do this, click on the Settings button in the menu item’s properties, and then select the General tab.
In the General tab, you will need to configure the menu item’s width and height. The width option specifies the menu item’s width in pixels, and the height option specifies the menu item’s height in pixels.
The default setting for both options is 300 pixels.
To configure the menu item’s position in the WordPress menu, you will need to select the Position option. The options available in this tab are Below Articles, Above Articles, and Inline.
The default setting for the position is Inline.
Finally, you will need to save your changes to the menu item’s properties, and then test your new menu item by clicking on it.
