How Do I Create a Mega Menu in WordPress?
Creating a mega menu in WordPress is a fairly simple process. First, you need to create a new menu item in your WordPress menu.
You can do this by clicking on the “Menus” menu item in the left-hand side of your WordPress admin area, and then clicking on the “Add New Menu Item” button.
In the “Menu Item Name” field, you will need to enter the name of the new menu item. You can alternatively leave this field blank, and WordPress will automatically generate a default name for your new menu item.
In the “Submenu Name” field, you will need to enter the name of the new submenu. You can alternatively leave this field blank, and WordPress will automatically generate a default name for your new submenu.
In the “Item Type” field, you will need to select the “Menu Item” option.
Next, you will need to enter the details for your new menu item. In the “Description” field, you will need to enter a brief description of the new menu item.

• Menu Permissions – The permissions that should be granted to users who activate your mega menu
• Show in Widgets – If you want your mega menu to display in WordPress widgets, you need to check this box
• Show in Custom Fields – If you want your mega menu to display in custom fields, you need to check this box
• Show in Themes – If you want your mega menu to display in themes, you need to check this box
• Enable Shortcodes – If you want users to be able to create shortcodes based on your mega menu, you need to check this box
• Additional Menu Item Options – If you want to provide additional options for users who activate your mega menu, you can enter these details here
Once you have completed these settings, click on the “Update” button to save your changes.
