How Do I Create a Multi User Site in WordPress?
Creating a multi-user WordPress site is easy. First, you’ll need to create a user account for each user.
Second, you’ll need to configure a custom WordPress site for each user. Finally, you’ll need to activate each user’s account and configure their site.
To create a user account, go to the Users menu in the WordPress admin area and click Add New. In the User Name field, enter the user’s name. In the Email Address field, enter the user’s email address.
In the Password field, enter the user’s password. Click the Create User button.
To create a custom WordPress site for a user, go to the Sites menu in the WordPress admin area and click New Site. In the Site Name field, enter the name of the user’s custom WordPress site. In the Description field, enter a description of the user’s custom WordPress site. In the Site Address field, enter the address of the user’s custom WordPress site. In the Site Category field, select the category of the user’s custom WordPress site. In the Tags field, enter a list of tags for the user’s custom WordPress site.
In the Author field, enter the name of the user who created the custom WordPress site. In the Blog URL field, enter the URL of the user’s custom WordPress blog. In the Members field, enter a list of users who are allowed to join the user’s custom WordPress site. In the Default Role field, select the role for users who join the user’s custom WordPress site. Click the Create Site button.
To activate a user’s account, go to the Users menu in the WordPress admin area and click the activation link for the user’s account. Click the Activate User button.
To configure a user’s site, go to the Sites menu in the WordPress admin area and click the user’s site name. In the Site Settings section, enter the user’s site settings. In the General Settings section, enter the user’s site settings. In the Blog Settings section, enter the user’s blog settings.
