How Do I Edit a Published Post on WordPress?

If you have published a post on WordPress, there are a few simple steps that you can take to make updates and corrections.

To make an edit to a published post, click on the title of the post that you want to work on in the WordPress interface. This will open the post in its own editor window.

To make a correction, first locate the line in the post that you want to change. You can do this by either clicking on the line number to the right of the text or by using the cursor keys and pressing Enter.

Once you have located the line, you can make your correction by clicking on the “edit” link that is next to it.

Once you have made your correction, you will need to hit the “publish” button in order for the change to take effect.
